I've really been into the song Dream On by Aerosmith recently so I thought I would break down the lyrics and what they can mean.

Sing for the laugh, sing for the tears - I'm taking this as "sing" means take action, take action through laughter and tears, it's all part of the process
Sing with me, if it's just for today
Maybe tomorrow, the good lord will take you away, yeah - At least take action today because we never know if we have a tomorrow or not

Dream until the dream come true - Keep dreaming of bigger and better things, never stop, and once your dream does come true, dream bigger
